Regional Olympiad of pupils of 8-11 classes on the culture of speech and public speaking

We invite students of grades 8-11 to take part in the regional Olympiad on the culture of speech and oratory.
The regional Olympiad is held to increase interest in the study of the Russian language, improve speech culture and develop the creative potential of students.  

In 2019-2020, the Regional Olympiad of students of grades 8-11 in speech culture and public speaking includes two stages.
The first stage (by correspondence) conducted in the period from 14.03.2020 on 16.04.2020 and involves the assessment of the submitted work. The first stage is held on the Internet and begins 1 month before the main round of the Olympiad. 
An indispensable condition of the presented work is the observance of the forms of the answer offered in tasks. Works performed in violation of these forms will not be accepted for inspection. Works submitted after the deadline will not be checked.
The tested tasks of the qualifying round are not returned back. The exposed points of the qualifying round are not disputed. Claims for evaluation of tasks will not be accepted. Tasks of the qualifying round can be performed by students on their own or under the guidance of a teacher in the classroom.  
The participants of the qualifying round with the maximum number of points are invited to the main round. The results of the first stage and lecture topics for the second round will be published on the website of the OGPU 18.04.2020 G.

The second stage (full-time) will be 24.04.2020 G. 

At this stage, the participants
perform creative tasks in the direction of the presented nomination.
Solemn presentation of awards to winners will take place 24.04.2020 G.
